I try not look back of what had happened in the past. I try not to think of what the future might be. I try to focus only on the present, do what I want to do, act of how I feel. That is, for me, the only way to live. True it might not be the most effective, you might regret and think "what the fxxx was I thinking" but you sure weren't thinking like this at that moment. So do what your heart tells you, do what your brain decides and enjoy the time of that happening. Everything can always be fix later on don't worry too much.
